Microsoft will never call you OR ask you to call them about a broken or virus infested computer. If you get a message saying that you have a virus and to cough up some dough for a fix IT IS A SCAM. Please don’t give them your credit card information, they will do bad things with it, even if they promise they wont.
If something you own is both not working and has a power cable. Turn it off and then back on again, if that doesn’t work give us a call!
